I have worked with Jayne from Altogether HR on and off for 5 years. We have worked particularly closely over the last 2 years. Even with a 4 hour time zone difference, Jayne allowed me to be comfortable making contact with her late in my day and very late in hers.

Jayne has all the tools. I have seen her elegantly manage HR systems integration, HR administration, payroll, policies, people management and strategy. Sometimes many of these at the same time. 

She can manage both up and down. When the Executive team needed somebody to facilitate difficult strategic debates we would turn to Jayne. In my experience Jayne can work perfectly well in large and small teams and I suspect that she can work equally well in large established corporations or in nimble start ups.

I have found Jayne exceptionally professional, diligent and fun to work alongside with a capacity to always get the job done.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been working with you but also to express my thanks for all your help you've provided over the last few months in what has been a very "trying" period. 

You have conducted yourself with the utmost professionalism, but you've also gone to extra lengths to provide help and care and have shown understanding and empathy and added a personal touch, to make a stressful period easier to deal with.

I'd also like to say how much I (and I know my colleagues) appreciated and got value from the outplacement programme you provided.

I had been in my role for well over 14 years and, as was the case with most of my job "interviews" in my career, they were conducted on a much more social and almost casual basis, where contacts, reputation and word of mouth were basically the key to getting the job.

The world of job application and interviewing has changed quite dramatically in that time and for me personally the prospect of going through the process was a daunting one.

The help and assurances provided with regards to updating my C.V (what was a very outdated document) and also I feel equally as important, my Linkedin profile, plus the support with regards to current interview techniques has been invaluable.
